Made a little progress on one of the projects here in the shop, spent Saturday afternoon prepping, priming and laying some color down. This is an 86′ Camaro RS. This belongs to our buddy John. We are also building him a 360 SBC and a 700R4 that will be installed in this pretty engine bay soon.
This is a mild build, it is a 350 that’s been bored .060″ over, using a stock cast crank, stock rods, 4 valve relief dished Hypereutectic pistons with ARP rod bolts. Still have to pick a cam, but will most likely be something in the .465″/.488″, 282* duration range. The heads are stock 76cc iron heads with 2.02″/1.94″ valves, filled with new valves, three angle valve job, and new springs. Nothing spectacular, but reliable. Topping it off is an Edelbrock RPM intake. Continue reading Mild 360 SBC Build
